Glad you liked it! I had fun making it earlier this year. I try to create Twin Peaks content as well as general photography as well.

I used to cook at that restaurant. Years ago when it was called the Mart - T Café.

Oh I didn’t know that it was named that before the new owners took over

I was gonna ask, "You know where can I find--excuse me--a damn fine cup of coffee?"

I am hearing the Twin Peaks theme.
Beer, chicken, coleslaw, and Twin peaks Saturday night, that was the life. And cannabis.

I love the vibe of North Bend. Probably because of Twin Peaks, but it’s also a special place on its own.

I highly recommend Volition Brewing to anybody local to North Bend, or people who need some refreshment after a long day of hiking! They have some incredible and creative beers, and often have yummy food trucks!

Can confirm. It is a great place. Between them and the Snoqualmie Falls Brewery there is great beer within stumbling around distance here in The Valley.

It’s still there! Drop by and see how they’ve been keeping the TP feel

N. Bend is such a great place! It’s the last stop before the mountains really start. Lots of beer, food, and outdoor activities within a few miles

That's where the Twin Peaks show was filmed.
I met the lady who made the pie too .. she was really sweet.

I so wish I could, I now live on an island 3 miles off the coast of upper Maine! Omg I miss the burgers and breakfast there, lol

My father in law says it rains there a lot more than other places because the mountains act like a wall holding back weather fronts moving eastward.

What a spot to take in the view from! The entire valley down below you, and on a clear day you can see Big Tohoma. Mt Si is such a great feature of the upper Snoqualmie Valley.

The North Bend Bar and Grill used to make a killer Jambalaya. I stopped in last summer after climbing Mt Si to get my traditional after-hike Jambalaya, and found out they don't make it any more. Bummer. Still great place to go, though. Now they make killer sandwiches. Still, miss the Jambalaya, though. Been climbing Mt Si on and off for over 40 years :).

Different clientele / surroundings I guess. I can literally say I don't see it. Also don't hang in areas that I might.
But I do MTB throughout all the wonderful trail systems, gravel in Campbell Global/SVT/Tokul/PTC, hike wherever, ski at the pass (yeah, Stevens/Crystal are better, but I can literally be on a lift within 25 mins of leaving my house), don't have to fight I-5 traffic, my kids can play in our neighborhood (built in the 80s) and I don't have to worry. Are their minuses? Sure. But I have lived all over the world (and the US) via my previous career. I am still traveling all over the world via my current career (sitting in a hotel room in ATL as I type this) and I've experienced a lot.
We chose North Bend intentionally. We chose well.
