We have enough with Popeyes on park Ave, Chick-fil-A, and KFC. How about a Sonics or Shake Shack or In-N-out, if we are gonna get shitty fast food chains. At least get the decently good ones

I'm sure Popeye's will be a traffic burden already, I can't imagine what a Sonic or In-N-Out would look like in that spot.

You won't get In-n-Out, but I assume Sonic will eventually happen.

I'm guessing the BurgerIM franchise that was slated to open on Gold Star Blvd is dead.

There is a Five Guys in that plaza. Might be too much competition for burgers.

That’s not a strong argument because for popeyes there’s already a KFC, a Spanish restaurant selling chicken, dennys, wendys, mcdonalds, crown fried chicken down the street, and Chick-fil-A within 5 minutes of driving down a longer street. There also a Texas Roadhouse in the plaza. Chicken and burgers is pretty much equal.

It would be cool to get a Sonics though, since their menu has some specific items you usually can’t get anywhere like the hotdogs and soft pretzels.
