So I gave them a call and they said this wasn’t a service they offered unfortunately.

Ah, I misread your original post. If you want to get the soldering done by someone else, you'll have to go elsewhere. Microcenter carries a nice variety of tools for doing it yourself. I recommend giving it a try if you're up for it, it's a lot of fun and very rewarding!
