Do they let you touch them? They look very lonely and timid. If you don't want to adopt them, perhaps you can find a cat rescue as they aren't far from the age when they should be neutered in order to save their lives. If they are showing up to you for help, no doubt their mother couldn't be with them for whatever reason, probably sad reason.

Don't worry they live with their mother around the house. They don't come inside but we feed them on daily basis. The female (white color ) allows me to touch her but the male no. He gets close but doesn't allow to be touched. The mother doesn't get close she's scared of humans

Why can’t you just adopt them? Take them in?

So cute!! They all need to be fixed, as strays. If you can, I would suggest slowly encouraging them into the house (if you are willing) by bringing in their food bowls little by little each day so they get more comfortable. If you are able to do that and get them comfortable with you or trap them, you can bring them to a shelter who can get them neutered and adopted!
