I have friends in 1405, Crescent, and Union Wharf.

1405 is absolutely awful right now, there’s very big loud construction sites on both sides of the building. I thought the units were small and the amenities were meh.

Union Wharf has the nicest amenities, sort of small units here too. I like hanging out in the common areas when I visit my buddy here. I think you can pay a premium and get a nice harbor view here as well.

Crescent is an older building, not great amenities either, but the size of the units and the harbor views from some of the units are some of the coolest places I’ve seen in Baltimore.

Where is the Eden? I haven’t heard of that one.

Edit: Also wanted to add that the staff at Crescent is super nice too. 1405 and Union were a lil snooty.

I lived in Union Wharf for about a year. People were really nice and amenities were great. Reason I moved out? 1) small unit for what you pay. 2) I lived on the 5th (top) floor and the water pressure would be really really poor at times. It sounds stupid until you realize you have to plan when you shower and/or wash dishes. Another top floor issue… during the summer the unit would struggle to cool down. If I recall, it was a pretty mild summer, but I could easily see when one of those classic 2 week periods of 95+ temps hits… would be quite uncomfortable.

Love the Eden. Been here 5 years. Older but larger units and more reasonably priced than most of the newer apartments

I currently live at the crescent and it is amazing. It’s super quiet, staff is friendly, apartments are large compared to other apartments I toured in Baltimore like 1405 point. I think the amenities are great (gym is never crowded) and the building is super dog friendly. The views are are also beautiful and people are very friendly here
