Are people allow to keep pod containers outside their house indefinitely? There are 3 in a couple block radius of me and taking up about 5-6 parking spots. One has been there for months and the other a couple weeks but both are passed their no parking permit dates.

Pretty sure they are subject to the same rules as normal cars after the permit expires. I believe 311 has a option on the abandoned vehicle section for dumpsters
