According to this site, it’s full retail rates. So what you pay them for it is what they buy it from you for. I know it’s going up. It was 14¢/Kwh iirc.

The current bill is showing just under 0.10¢ a kWh. If they are buying it back at the same rate they bill that’s awesome.
