I took a taxi from the airport last Sunday about 11am and I'd probably do that again if I were in your situation. Oddly there were no taxis at the taxi stand but they radioed for one and it showed up in about 3 minutes, which is better than what you can expect from Uber/Lyft even on a good day. Once on the road there was minor traffic in the tunnel but no real delays.
