I’m surprised you aren’t finding any. Something to keep an eye out for, if an ad specifically says “tenant pays gas”, there’s a good chance it’s a gas stove. Two places I’ve lived were “tenants pay gas,” which was like $12/mo because it was only for the stove (gas heat was included in rent).

You should also be able to tell from pictures… gas stoves will not have a smooth flat glass top.
