There's some very good Anbernic handhelds that have Bluetooth for controllers and mini HDMI out to connect to the tv and supports almost every game system for emulation. I have an Anbernic RG353P (SNES design) and I'm really satisfied with the device for both handheld gaming and using it on the big screen with Bluetooth controllers. Great for old couch co OP games.

Here's the one I bought. They have other horizontal and vertical form factor models and a few that are a little more powerful.
