I know it's not latin America but I think Canada is worst than Cuba. Sadly.

Yeah, let's get some perspective here. Canadian mobile data sucks.

Yea it’s a bullshit that these oligopolies do this shit. Fibre and other projects were implemented by government funding too

I pay $65 US/month for limited calls, text and data in Cuba. It is slow, drops connections and shuts down whenever there's a crisis. Add to this thought that $65 is three times the average monthly salary. Most heavy users (like my family) get their service paid by people who don't live in Cuba or have pensions in the US.
I agree that Rogers sucks, but you're not paying three times the average monthly salary to be abused.

Technically part of Canada is Latin America. Quebec French is derived from Latin.

I am from Québec lol. I think it's a stretch to call us latin America but I understand your reasoning. Nevertheless, every province is getting gouged by telecom!

Haha I know mate, Latin America is more than just its literal translation. That’s rough, time to live off the grid!

Technically it’s not lol, Latin America is a pretty clearly defined geographical region
