If you change a q-bit its pair also changes instantly no matter where it is in the universe. How does it know? That's information being exchanged faster than the speed of light. Particle physics and quantum mechanics have rules we don't know or understand yet.

I pay $65 US/month for limited calls, text and data in Cuba. It is slow, drops connections and shuts down whenever there's a crisis. Add to this thought that $65 is three times the average monthly salary. Most heavy users (like my family) get their service paid by people who don't live in Cuba or have pensions in the US.

I agree that Rogers sucks, but you're not paying three times the average monthly salary to be abused.

I currently live between Mexico and Cuba. In Mexico I get unlimited calls, texts, social networks plus 3 GB of misc for about $15/month. Service is good and fast. In Cuba I have to pay about $65/month for limited calls, texts and data. Service is terrible, coverage comes and goes and the speed is s-l-o-w. We always know when something unflattering for the government is happening because they cut the cell service.
