Does that combine B+ and B-?

That's interesting and surprising. I had always assumed a fairly even worldwide distribution. Now I want to see the other types.

Presumably the percentage of the population with B-type blood (both + and -). Here's a page at the Aussie donation web site about local blood types:

IIRC type B provides resistance to gastric illnesses, like cholera.

Also interesting to note is that India has a rather uniform distribution of blood types, unlike nearly all Western countries, who lean heavily towards O.

O- is more rare. Although not the rarest blood type at all.
