One giant egg plant scallions Cut the eggplant into 1cm thick. Slice your knife on the surface of each eggplant slice , don’t put too much pressure or else you’ll cut the slice through.
Olive oil Salt Black pepper Garlic powder Cumin Korean bbq sauce
Mix all the ingredients together like a paste, the amount of spices will all based off how you like it. If you want extra spicy then add more pepper, and if you want more of a sweeter taste then add a dab of honey.
Medium hot pant with oil and place egg plant slices on. Make sure each side is slightly cooked the colors will change from a dry cotton green look to a wet cotton green look. Then brush the spices paste on each side and keep them flipped every minute, when the texture starts to turn a little soft, add scallion on top of it. Remove from pan when the entire eggplant slice is soft. skin is shrined in a little and it comes out nice and brown and juicy.
Enjoy!!

I ate it alone like that. But I’m sure you can eat it with rice or anything you prefer.
The texture is so soft it’s like eating fat. Melts in the mouth.
