I made grilled cheese with mayo tonight. It was delicious, and I did not notice a difference. 2 year old cheddar, bacon, Doritos, fried up nice and crunchy. Everything I hoped it would be

Yes, it is magical, but use very little. I love mayo on most stuff, but for this application just spread some on and scrape most of it off. Maybe add a sprinkle of grated parmesan and you have a tasty, crunchy sammich.
