Looks good. That’s 350F for any curious or confused citizens of the U.S.

I think I'm gonna make this tonight.

What kind of spices would you recommend?

This just might have to be my NFL playoff meal this weekend. I love chicken thighs. A new way to use them is always welcome in my house.

How did you prop it up? Are the skewers stabbed into the potatoes?

For the marinade use мyonnaise, spices (salt, pepper, favorite herbs), maybe a little lemon juice. For 2-3 hours or overnight. Then cover the baking tray with aluminum foil. Put 3-4 slices of potatoes. Put 3-4 bamboo skewers into them. On skewers alternately put chicken filet, onion slices and potatoes. Brush the layers with marinade. On top of "tower" we put the rest of marinade and we can cover the top with foil not to burn. Put it all in the oven at ~180C (~350F) for ~60 minutes.

If you use only salt, black pepper, garlic, and a little lemon juice, it is already very tasty. You can add paprika or smoked paprika. Sometimes I add an "Italian herb blend" or other blends that contain basil, oregano, parsley, dill, thyme and marjoram. But it turns out really good without them, too! )

Yes, I forgot the mustard. Sometimes I add a little, sometimes quite a lot. And so and so tasty, but in different ways.

I don’t know what I’m looking at (even with the description still a little confused) but it looks fucking delicious.

You know I’m not sure if it would be possible to perform intercourse with this dish. But I sure as hell thought about it.
