i must be out of the loop. i know the US used a million dollar fighter jet to launch a hundreds of thousands of dollars missile at a fucking... great big balloon... and some instruments were adjusted to sense objects of that type better... and since then many more were found... but that's as far as I've kept up with this crap -_-;
