I cam't remeber the numbers exactly, but i remember seeing somewhere that if you filled steves imventory with the maximum amount of the heaviest item in the game, the total weight would be more than the entire earth, and he can carry this without being slowed down at all. If steve punched someone with his full strength, they would probably be vaporized.

A cubic meter of gold is 19282 kgs. A shulker box holds 1728 items, and an inventory with hotbar holds 36 boxes, for a total of 62,208 gold blocks. That's 1.2 billion kgs of gold he can carry around no problem.

Aren't there chests you can fill with other stuff and then put the chest into inventory? I'll be honest, Ive never gotten far in Minecraft. I always get a base working, become self sufficient and get bored and move on to another game.

There are, but those were added after whatever i learned the other stuff from, by this point steve is probably stong enough to create and destroy universes just by flexing his perfectly square butt cheeks.
