umm.. first of all.. your comment was, in no way a question. Second of all, saying it's a "you problem" is an attack lol; Or at the very least, a condescending remark.

Technically, your first comment cannot contain a question mark at the end of the second sentence. Starting a sentence with the word "maybe" does not formally categorize it as a question.
