Got them from late 2000's. Still sound lovely to this day. I listen with oratory's EQ (Harman with bass)

Still have the original pads, which are very comfortable. Sennheiser's build quality is (was?) superb. The headband sponge is all flat now but no big effect on comfort.

Here's the HD600 posing on a real kitchen bench. Synergy is through the roof!

Damn I miss the old marble styling on those. Great sound signature too, even though I prefer the 650/6XX sound lol

If you want to replace with the same headband pad and not the new style, AudioSanctuary still has old Sennheiser stock on them.

I’ve got those same marble finish edition!! My recommendation based on your photo: replace the headband pad and ear pads. The upgrade in comfort is significant!

edit: sorry I see this is already mentioned. But the recommendation stands, nevertheless.

The pads for the HD600 are also updated, for the better imo. Seems to have been out of stock for a while now tho.
