Magic eraser? It'll take off a bit of material but if you're careful it shouldn't be much.

Acetone, aka nail polish remover does a good job of removing marker/inks. Put some on a q-tip and rub gently.

Acetone can destroy some rubbers and plastics. I would be careful with that.

Duct tape for if it moves and shouldn't, WD-40 for if it doesn't move and should, and rubbing alcohol to clean up grease and duct tape residue.
