I only watch videos in English, never anything in the language from the country I live in. I never get recommendations in different language, so you’ll be fine.

Just downloaded it and it works amazing! I added the youtube website to my homescreen so I can find it via Spotlight. Amazing experience with Vinegar! And I love that Vinegar can auto select the best quality.
