I'm sorry but my social accounts got hacked recently.

Now whatever I'm talking on my calls, the hacker is replying to me on message.

My ultimate question is that is it possible for someone else to hear on my calls / Whatsapp calls other than the person intended to on an iPhone

Unlikely. Have you changed your passwords? If not then do so immediately.

I have changed my passwords , enabled two factor and even restored my iPhone 3 times till now but the same continues

I would take it to an Apple Store for a thorough diagnosis. If that’s not possible then call Apple support and there’s stuff they can do remotely to see what’s going on.

Highly unlikely but not impossible. So why would anyone hack your phone and monitor your calls?

Nah it’s just Google is so good hearing conversations via their apps. Yesterday discussed with a colleague about specific sport event and hour later the Google apps in my phone advertised that specific event.
