No. No case manufacturer guarantees your phone will be 100% protected in all cases.

Yes but some do provide a guarantee for damages to your phone, and multi million dollar company otter doesn’t.

That’s not how this works. You made the claim. You back it up.

Ok, so you admit you’re just blowing smoke and your statements are bullshit. Because case manufacturers do not insure your phone against damage and will not replace your phone.

Well I had a case like 5 years ago made incipio that if you dropped your phone and it was internally damaged somehow they would pay for a replacement at a caveat of like a 50 claim For my lg g6. Call it anecdotal I just don’t want to waste my time with someone who’s clearly biased towards otterbox.

My friend has an iPhone 8 and he’s broken it the same exact way while using the heaviest duty otter box case and every time it’s from internal shock to the display because of the case design, 4 times in fact. I told him he should sue because it’s guaranteed up to 12 feet and it’s also because of the case that’s it’s breaking. I have the same phone and I use a off brand case and definitely dropped it more and from higher than he has. Otter box is a scam and they put clear failure points in the their products and take no accountability for it. Period!

Clearly biased towards Otterbox? I’ve literally never owned an Otterbox case. I always go slim. My phone is currently in a Spigen Rugged Armor (which despite the name is fairly minimal). I also have several leather cases that have very minimal drop protection. They’re there for minor oopses.. not ultimate protection.

And again, you seem to think that case manufacturers are going to pay out $600-1000 on a phone for a $30 case. That isn’t going to happen.

While I agree it’s illogical they should at least pay for a full refund of the case plus something towards the damages if it’s scene that the case was at fault for damage in cases like this.
