Those chairs and tables aren’t the beefiest, but they aren’t THAT light.

You’d need some pretty strong gusts to propel this stuff over the railing and into the river.

This happens with enough frequency that it would probably behoove the folks in charge of that area to get some cameras installed to attempt to catch the people that keep doing this.

I live right near there and literally making a hook to gram them out. Low tide there are about 15 chairs and 3 tables.
