This happens with enough frequency that it would probably behoove the folks in charge of that area to get some cameras installed to attempt to catch the people that keep doing this.

I first noticed this right after Halloween.

What's truly shocking is how dumb you have to be to actually believe and argue that the chairs, and table, got lifted by the wind and tossed over the railing.

Lol this is the stupidest thing.

Same dumb idiots doing it every week.

Same dumb idiots who are not solving this crime.

I live right near there and literally making a hook to gram them out. Low tide there are about 15 chairs and 3 tables.
