For anyone that remembers, this was (in my opinion) the best Nashville hot chicken we had in the area. They were basically like a pop-up hot chicken restaurant that was here in 2021 for a few months, and it was delicious. Glad to see it potentially returning!

This is correct. Live here now in Condo 1. There was a $30K assessment for repairs that most sellers are currently taking off purchase prices of their homes, but there will be additional assessments in the future as the $30K will be nowhere near enough.

Also, as mentioned elsewhere, there are monthly COA & HOA fees that total about $2K-$2500k per month on top of your mortgage/taxes.

In Condo 1, there are major leaking issues that are supposedly coming from the way the balconies were built. I live on the 7th (top) floor in a 2 floor condo and the leaking is occurring on the downstairs (6th) floor in the bedrooms anytime there is a significant rainstorm.

There is also a know rodent problem here that we seem to deal with every winter, and there has been significant mismanagement by the management company for a lot of issues.

Not going to sugarcoat this for you so I’ll just come out and say it…You’re likely going to jail. Now, when you get in there you’re going to have to make a statement to the rest of the people in there, so I want you to find the biggest, baddest guy in the room and knock him out. This will assert your dominance.

If you’re not a fighter then lay low and use your body as currency. You can become someone’s GF and they will protect you.

God speed. We’ll see you when you get out.

Agree with what Scuba said above, but I also think the post office can provide alternative forms of identification for those who do not need a driver’s license. These are called Post Office ID Cards you can go to your nearest post office with the correct documents, and you can apply for the card in person.

Some post offices may require you to book an appointment in advance. It is advisable to contact the office beforehand to check their application procedure for post office ID cards. List of documents can be found at the below link:

I’ll always do a quick organizing before they come which usually consists of picking up clothes I have around, and making sure dishes aren’t in the sink.

However, they clean and put away dishes in the drying rack, they’ll make sure my air fryer/toaster oven is cleaned out inside (same for my microwave and oven), they take off my bedsheets and put new ones on, and they have folded clothes I had hanging on the back of my computer chair before.
