Yea, once you move into a walk up you have a 50% of being murdered. Especially downtown.

I’ve lived in walk-ups in the Bronx, Harlem and Brooklyn; had a knife pulled on me outside of one, and was harassed and almost arrested by the cops just for sitting outside of another. I said what I said.

Except we’re not talking about those places. Also, that has much more to do with the neighborhood than the type of building.
