From what I can tell car culture like that has a decent scene in this area. I live in the Heights and I hear it a lot. Some of them meet up nearby my apartment. They’re not always racing (not enough room) but showing off how fast the car can be. Annoying either way though. Not sure much can be done about it.

It's illegal in every state to modify a car to make more noise, and 95% or more of them modified their car to make it sound like that

Bro get a personality out side of being a mechanic on cars and I promise you, you lead a happier life. It’s so sad seeing you try over and over again to insult other people who don’t cum to the thought of driving 100mph in a 60mph zone and getting 7mpg.
