Express Auto Spa next to the McDonalds at the Bayonne/Jersey City border is my go-to. I also go there when I need an oil change.

Seems to be 50/50 with car washes. Some you can clearly see it. Either the canons shooting up or that lawn sprinkler kinda thing you go over. You can even hear it if you’re in the vehicle. Others just spray the tires.

In the winter that’s important.

I second this. I go there when i only want the outside washed. However, nothing beats doing it yourself.
