Second this! Pretty good veggie options too.
ibby's falafel / falafel station
kimchi guys has a lunch special that is like $12 but i'd venture to guess is more than 1 meal for a lot of people
venti sandwich truck is like $14 but DEFINITELY two meals if you can find a buddy to split
chipotle is decent quality for decent price
sky thai lunch special
some else already said little sandwich shop
Love venti and Little Sandwich Shop, and taqueria downtown a block away also is pretty affordable - couple tacos won't run you too much, and you can even still get a flauta plate or enchiladas <$12
I second the little sandwich shop! Great spot
Sarku at the mall?
I always ignored health and went straight to BK at the mall. Got a basic burger and large fries for like $3 with the app coupon. I'll sacrifice my health for that kind of deal 😂
Milanos sandwich. $10 and Will feed you for two meals.
Kids meal from Mordis. Sandwich + fries, like $7-9 perfect portions
Healthy or cheap? Typically those are mutually exclusive.
El Sazon has some pretty good options, including daily specials that are at / around $10. I'm also a fan of their Cubano sandwich which is on their regular menu.
Power plant Cafe by Boycemode right by grove st PATH. Not sure on prices but have had a delicious vegan spag bol there before
“Healthy cheap” doesn’t really work when eating out. You need to pick one or the other haha
Lots of sushi places have lunch specials where you get 2 rolls (plenty of vegetarian options, you don't need to get fish) and soup or salad for ~12-$15, a little higher than $10, but still a good deal to mix things up from the usual sandwiches.
Wurstbar has some options around the $10 range. Take out. You might have to tip a couple dollars
The little beet in Newport mall is great

Little Sandwich Shop’s sandwiches are surprisingly affordable.
