Hey yall, who you gonna call?... 👻💥 Here's my paranormal take on "Ghostbusters", by Ray Parker Jr.! Filmed live in the beautiful Black Hills, it was eerily exciting, conjuring up this mother-nature-music-video! 🎃 With some spooky scenes from the ghosttown of Spokane, and a spellbindin' view of Lakota Lake in East Custer, SD! If ya like what you see, please give some feedback and/or subscribe, thankya! https://youtu.be/pk60026Ntv0

[it takes dedication. - No Destination]

Hello all! I'm pleased to introduce my band's first EP, No Destination. We are a Emo/Noise Rock project from NYC, with influences of Math Rock and Post Rock. If you like droning synth, emotional guitar licks, chunky bass chords, and tight drums, this will be something I think you'll enjoy! :)

I’m Iris Marlowe and I’m a folk singer from Chicago, IL. My latest record is called ‘Where the Devil Bid the Owl Goodbye’. The record is old western music set to stories about the devil and traditional sounding folk music. I shot a music video for one of the folk songs of the record and I’d love to share it here. I’m releasing the video on Thursday.

Hey, music fiends. I just released my first album on Band Camp. I started working on this album when I quit my job earlier this year to pursue my real dreams. Euglossine - Riddles for Tomorrow

Frayed and wrinkled swaths of foggy stippled tech house warping under the heavy texture of cold oily psy

Smoke - Sweet’N’Sour Days

Dayglo jungle dismantled into a chilled out head trip glinting against the deep pull of slow gravity

KDHD - Melancholy Smile

Wiggly chill flowing through a smooth and dreamy beat riddled with joyously woozy glowing melodies

These and other albums are posted with embedded players on my wordpress. There’s also previous week's recommendations and a lot more music to discover. You can also check out my twitter where I post all the good songs that I discover daily.

Church of the Cosmic Skull is pretty great, best description i have heard of these guys is "Imagine Gandalf casting the spell 'Magic Mushroom' on the band Kansas" They have a pretty fun cult schtick and are overall a good time, impossible for me not to sing along at times.

If you like something a bit darker, albums where one song may cause you to reflect on feelings of depression with songs like "Another man's grave" while another song will have you laughing at the absurdity of "doubling up on cocaine and Adderall" to go kick ass at a bingo hall. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Amigo the Devil, best cathartic release of emotions out there. not a single dud in his entire track list, hell his cover of 'Before he cheats' is great too.

A Remaster or more so a Remake of my first take on this song which I was not happy with. I have a strong emotional connection with this song so I had to make it actually as good sounding as possible.

Same vocal takes just with a lot more precision and experience mixed and mastered. I was spending multiple hours trying to make shure I get the best possible version out of this Song

Hey y'all, I recently released a single on multiple streaming platforms. It is very personal for me as it is more or less a tribute to my grandfather. We were very close. Unfortunately, he passed away from cancer. We used to sit and talk for hours about life, death and everything in between. Check it out and let me know what you think!

It is not a sad and mopey song, he wouldn't have liked that as he was full of life.

Hello everyone! I recently released my last album and I would love to share a song with all of you.

The style is electronic music, and I get a lot of inspiration from the 90s electronic music. I don't really know how to tag my music style as I am horribly bad at doing that...

Because I am also a metalhead, I tend to put very strong drum bases and loud percussions in my songs, because metal u know...

I hope you enjoy it :)

El Gaviero - ALAS LOMITAS [Indie Folk] [2022]

A concept album, short, taking the short film as the beginning of creation and that narrates the imminent evolution, from the sublime, but this time it is the LIFE OF THE ARTIST that is printed, it is not an illusion it is a consequence of the former intentions, Santiago and Alejandra this time write together from their new home in the mountains of Colombia, a post-apocalyptic story that talks about animals, nature and inhabiting a new land from within.

work in progress started Friday 11th November 2022

for this challenge:

Record a piece of music that moves between — and perhaps even overlays — 5/8, 6/8, and 7/8 time signatures.

great idea, always loved measures like 5x8 and 7x8… I just created a click track on 3 consecutive measures of 5/8+6/8-7/8 and repeated for 3 minutes.

Spent most of the morning working on the drum part, recording editing and quantizing, then the bass part was quite easy. Then I had other works to do today and got trapped on the repetitive guitars parts (3 telecaster, 3 les paul) Late in the evening I tried to get some order on the mess but it’s late and have to abandon as it is.

I share this as a demo/work in progress, I will finish it during next week.

It is a mess but the groove is fine.
