It was my partner and there was a glitch when they went to pay rent. It was due on the 1st of the month. They never sent us any notification before this.

We live with a popular housing company. Please don't assume my partner is a deadbeat, thanks.

In that case, the landlord should have no problem throwing that notice out the window. Good luck.
