Yeah. Mine are BRIGHT. I always feel bad but nothing I can do about it. I agree with OP though, I've got a stigmatism and see a twinkle with lights as is, these halogen/led lights are ridiculously blinding.

This is likely not the case. Ask your mechanic to lower the direction. There are adjustment screws for this purpose if you wish to attempt it yourself.
