Actually have been living here since 2007... Rent has only gone from $1000-$1300 for me in the past two years. So as I said, it must suck.

So what you are saying is that you don't have a landlord, or one that is paying bills anyway. Must be a relative or retiree.

No not a relative. I do pay them $2500 towards water/sewage once a year. So there is a catch. I pay my own electric and internet...
