Yo! I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction. I was talking to coworkers who all got that Tax Refund in December that we were getting. It was something like there was a surplus and they were giving money back to us? I never got mine. Some of my friends said they oddly got theirs as a physical check rather than direct deposit and it got me thinking that mine may have gone to a different address.

My family used to have a PO Box but we don't anymore and sadly some of my mail was going there. My father used to do my taxes for me and I think he would use that PO Box as a mailing address. Sadly he's passed so I can't ask him but is there anything I can do to get this check or verify that it did go there?

Any help is obviously appreciated! It would help pay my heat bill!

Note that there is no system through which you can check the status of your 62F refund. Please call the 62F Refund Call Center at 877-677-9727 with questions regarding your refund. https://www.mass.gov/info-details/chapter-62f-taxpayer-refunds

This happened to me when I moved to a different state in the fall. If you have a mass tax connect account you can see if they ever tried to send it and if it was returned. I called and they cut me a new check but it was not easy getting a real person on the line, but once I did it was fixed in less than a minute

My son got his refund around then. I guess it feels like free money when you've forgotten about it.
