Blind people: am I a joke to you?

Not all blind people are completely blind. A lot still see vague shadows and some shapes. This may help someone using a walking stick.

Truth

It could also warn that others may not see them.

I guess its helpful too sometimes who hasn’t been in the building before, they’re looking for a restroom, and come upon a sign on the wall.

In fact, completely blind people will not notice that there is a sign.

It takes 10 seconds of common sense to figure this puzzle out.

Okay but why is a face and hand print on the door?

I’ve seen a step-by-step guide to washing your hands in Braille.

Plot twist: the braille says "ignore this sign".

The braille reads "you're about to wreck these nerds"

Being blind enough to lose the ability to read but still making our shapes in bright light is common.

This is a very valid point that I had not even considered.

And I’m not being snarky. But if I were blind but could only see shapes would I understand if that the shape was a sign that I should put my hands on, on the off chance it had something in braille?
