When did Friedman do the thing? 72 I think it was. WWII was a near death experience for the world that led to an era of egalitarianism for a time, but the greedy never give up.

Maybe suggesting the dude in the past was just less rich. Or the rich dude didn't do it but someone normal did it for him but still took all credit.
