I had Breezeline fiber installed in my house a little under two weeks ago.

I am now on my 4th multihour downtime, and 3rd service appointment. The modem seems to just...fuck off for 1-12 hours.

Not a very good way to start a co sumer relationship, especially as I have yet to even pay their first bill.

Breezeline sucks. I had constant outages in the middle of the day. Worst service I've had in the state. I swapped to Fidium and it works great. Haven't had any issues since I swapped.

Fidum isn't available in my area.

They came and re did all the outdoor connections and it seems to have helped...for now

It went out from 4pm yesterday ton7am this morning. A tech came at 830 and redid the connections.

It went out again at 4pm today. Niw U get to wait for it to either magically start working again or the next fuxking tech to show up tomorrow.

These guys seem to be doing their damndest to make me hate Comcast even less.

They provide ordinary cable service to a lot of more rural areas, but the main links to the cable are either by satellite or microwave distribution. So when it rains or there's heavy snow, the cable service goes out.

On the other hand I had a great install and they had to bring a bucket truck from across the state to fix something on the pole on the same day of the install.

Just curious if this is a breeze line employee or they hired a contractor.

They connected my house directly to the fiber line across the street.

This is the second day I've lost internet from the afternoon into the next day. About to hit 12 hours.

Because the modem just kind of stops, they can't do anything but send someone out to me the next day. This is thevsecond time in 3 days it's happened.

I've had no issues with my service since it was installed in October, and streaming live sports has been so much better than Xfinity. Sorry you're having a rough time with the install.

According to the tech who showed up today, all my issues are because whom ever is installing my neighbors keeps fucking my c9nnection up at the pole.

That sucks, I'm in Dover and have only heard rave reviews so far. Hopefully it will get sorted soon, and you can enjoy the intro rate for the next two years.

Did you skip the second, third and fourth bill also? If so that may explain the downtime
