It is possible to get ccw licenses in MA as well as CT, the process is costly and time consuming. You gotta take the NRA saftey class, get finger printed, and wait through wait times. Even if you get it, your gonna have to get special low capacity mags for anything that holds more than 10 rounds from the factory, you can't just have a standard cap mag loaded with 10, that would be jail time.
