Good article. The wording of the ballot questions is horrible.

It's a living document, dummy. It's *supposed* to change with the times.

Much appreciated!

Despite the ridiculous wording of 1, it is really simple. The registrar of probate has nothing to do. The position needs to be eliminated.

Always has been. I'm grateful I prepared before voting because the amount of people I heard around me while voting saying "what do these questions mean?!" was too dang high.

When does that start?

The person who writes the wording on these questions should be eliminated too. If a 4th grader can't figure out what it means, it needs a re-write.

Is it only one delegate per town, or more based on population?

And it's epidemic. In my town a handful of years ago (2018 or 2019) we had questions that were so confusingly worded that people people voted against creating bike paths but in a different question 100 more people for purchasing signage for the to-be-created bike paths they'd voted against. It was like 400 yes on bike path votes and 500 yes on bike path signage.
