I think you misunderstand Shakers by a lot if you think they'd care about decline in religious belief.

This one is relatively easy:

• There are more than 300,000 Quakers active today all around the globe.
• There are exactly 3 Shakers active today all living together in Maine. Their names are Brother Arnold, Sister June, and Brother Andrew.

They had a presence in colonial New England. Until they relaxed and became God forsaken heathens.

That one guy got added in 2021, I'm sure they're hoping to fill the numbers up soon
