I live on 50 acres of land and I still go to a gun club... because even with 50 acres, I will annoy my neighbors. It's something like $100 year. If you use it for 6 months, it's still probably cheaper than driving to Manchester.

That's nice of you to do that for your neighbors. I personally wouldn't mind if I were your neighbor as long as you were into it a good charge. 50 acres is quite a bit.
