The link you posted literally states exactly what I'm saying.

This is taken directly from the link:

Deductible

"The amount you pay for covered health care services before your insurance plan starts to pay. With a $2,000 deductible, for example, you pay the first $2,000 of covered services yourself."

I would need to pay $2,000 out of pocket before any of the insurance plan pays.
