I drive that every single day. It’s been under 5. Maybe you’re thinking about the surrounding area like the Van Houten area but the actual 46/3 split is around 5 maybe less.

It can’t be 10 cuz I have been living here for 9 and the construction didn’t start til a few years after me

It’s 8 according to NJ. Although I swear shit was going on on valley road even before that.

Also according to NJ it was substantially completed in 2017, lololol.

Technically you may be correct that it started in 2015 but that was the surrounding area they were prepping.

I meant the actual 46/3 interchange didn’t start work until the last 5.

Planning started in 2000 according to that website. There is some person in NJ who has basically spent their entire working career from college to retirement working on this.
