I’ve spent a lot of time on 75, 85, and 95. Find a time that DC will be mild, go with 95 and branch off just east of Orlando. 75 will be icier and snowier in the carolinas, avoid atlanta, and don’t make any attempts near western carolina mountains during the winter if there is a chance of ice.
