That’s a major road in Bloomfield. At 3:20am, he’s the only, if not just a few cars on the road. Two blocks in one direction is a traffic camera, hopefully his phone pinged his locations the entire time

If he walked. If he drove, there are some traffic cameras that should be able to narrow down who he is
