Lol that's not even how you get hired as a cop. They aren't voted on. But sure there's better systems. Like democracies where protest is allowed. You are saying we are better off not allowing protests in our democracy?

Where did I say not to protest I said what good is protesting another cities in another state with different laws and rules going to do? NJ requires cops to have 4 year education and has other things most other states don’t have.

Vote and run… aka politics.. and you can run.. and you can vote and change how shit is handled. But protesting just makes good headlines for the left and right to push their narratives and then not much happens unless you got the right people in..

NJ saw the need to change going back to Christi Todd Whitman. That’s when police changes started. It’s also why our issues are much more muted against the national stage.
