OC has a niche that should be maintained. If teens want to party, Wildwood and Margate are not far away.

Margate is a party town? Margate always makes me think of old people reminiscing about "memories at margate".

The beaches, yes. Quite a few under 21 get in the bars.

More teens in Wildwood, but OC should not be the party town. Leave OC as it has always been.

Agreed. I just didn't know that other towns tolerated the fukery that Wildwood does beside it creeping into OC.
