I have heard plenty about misaligned panels with uneven gaps, rattles, window that makes weird noise, etc, but never something this seriously dangerous

I thought the early Model S's built during their honeymoon period at the Nummi plant were nowhere near this bad. It's like their QA actively gave up when the 3 came out.
