I have heard plenty about misaligned panels with uneven gaps, rattles, window that makes weird noise, etc, but never something this seriously dangerous

I thought the early Model S's built during their honeymoon period at the Nummi plant were nowhere near this bad. It's like their QA actively gave up when the 3 came out.

I don't think that's true at all. I've seen plenty of criticism about the build of Teslas.

Same people still expecting there to be fully automated driving, the Cybertruck, the Roadster 2.0, Tesla semi, etc.
